I am a coach, an educator, and a business
professional. Throughout my business career, I have
worked across the spectrum of businesses, from high tech to insurance, manufacturing
to restaurant, and training and technical writing to office administration
in various construction firms. Having worked as both a trainer in corporate
America and as an instructor for college students and young adults, I am
familiar with diverse audiences and addressing needs across the learning
spectrum.
From my educational background, I bring a love
of clear communication, conflict management, facilitation, and relationship
building. My Life Coach certification emphasized these skills and more.
I bring my years of experience as an educator, mentor, trainer, and business
person to my current career as a Communications Coach.
My personal and coaching philosophy are both based on the idea that working with others to develop and express their talents, skills, and unique voice is one of the highest services one person can offer another.
