Me Out Loud has recently partnered with USquared, a community gathering space, to organize a series of social networking opportunities. Our goal is to bring small business owners and entrepreneurs together not only to meet each other but to learn.
Each meeting will have two to three people giving a 10-12 minute educational presentation. Because we are so close to the beginning of the year, there is a definite thread of renewal and re-energizing. Here is the schedule for the next few meetings:

Coming Up!
January 28, 2009: Listen as Marie interviews Barbara Saunders, head of the SECP, about Creative Community Building on her new radio show - Communication: The good, the bad, and the inspiring. A communications expert, Marie will interview a variety of guests and explore their perspectives and understanding of communication and how it relates to their areas of interest.
The guest list ranges from philosphers, to healers, to business professionals, to educators, lawyers, finance experts, and social justice activists. We will air every Wednesday evening, from 8-9 p.m. (PST) and intend to be interesting, informative, and, best of all, fun.

Makeup and Get Shot: Marie and Kelly Hobson of Arbonne International have teamed up to create a fun, creative way for you to get professional-quality headshots. Get a free color consult and makeover with Kelly, then have your headshots done by Marie. We have three dates scheduled but space is limited so contact me now to reserve your spot.
